Established by Rafael Larco Hoyle in the 1920s and moved to a Viceroyalty-era mansion in Lima a few decades later, the Larco Museum showcases a spectacular treasury of indigenous Peruvian relics spanning thousands of years and many different cultures, from the Chimu and Chancay to the Nazca and Inca.
