One of the standout gastronomical extravaganzas in Latin America, Mistura draws roughly 400,000 visitors to its epicurean enticements every year. Established in 2007, this food festival features a genuine smorgasbord of Peruvian delicacies--from peppers to potatoes, from seafood to guinea pig, from wine to chocolate.
