Flourescent Art Museum

Named after Jimi Hendrix’s final album, Electric Lady-Land is the world’s first fluorescent art museum. The museum’s largest exhibit allows visitors to not only view the art, but also become a part of it in a large fluorescent scene. The owner of Electric Ladyland is happy to interact with his visitors and teach them more about fluorescent art. In addition to the out-of-this-world art, the museum showcases the amazing effects of fluorescent light on minerals, educating visitors on the science behind fluorescents. This may be one of Amsterdam’s smallest museums, but it completely worth a visit to experience a very unique type of art.
