The motto at De Kas is to create delicious food using only the freshest ingredients, grown and harvested responsibly. The restaurant grows its ingredients in its own greenhouses, fields, and gardens, where seasonal Mediterranean vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers flourish. All other ingredients are sourced from local farmers. The Mediterranean-inspired menu is created daily, with a focus on best bringing out the authentic flavors from the ingredients. There is a special vegetarian menu available upon request.
