Let Your Imagination Go

You can find traditional dishes like fondue and satays, but the chefs at Blaauwhooft like to add a special flare to their dishes. The menu changes almost daily, but usually includes mussels, salmon, tuna and duck with rendang, venison and ostrich steak on the menu. Blaauwhooft also offers some very unusual sandwiches, with combinations ranging from lamb steak with green asparagus on ciabatta bread, to roasted peppers with spicy honey-mustard dressing. On sunny days, you can stretch out on one of the large rattan chairs bordering the terrace and enjoy the peaceful scenery, interrupted only by a scarce few cars and trains.
