If you're sick of playing the beach bum and fancy a spot of retail therapy you could indulge yourself for a couple of hours wandering round La Isla Shopping Village. It's mostly high-end stores so there aren't many local people shopping there and it's not a place to find cheap souvenirs either.
But it's visually attractive, especially at night, and located on the water. With Mexican, Italian and American food options, it's a pleasant place to while away the time out of the heat and window shop.
