Specialties include the vitello tonnato alla vecchia maniera (roast veal with a tuna sauce) and ormerluzzo in crosta di erbette con patate e scalogno caramellato (cod filet in a crust of herbs served with potatoes and caramelized scallions). Vintage 1997 is not a minimalistic type of restaurant; portions are abundant and you will feel satisfied at the end of your meal.
