Set amidst a chic, Scandinavian-style interior, foodies will be wowed by the meals served up by chef Lucio Sforza at this trattoria, which serves up food typical of Umbria and northern Lazio. While the unassuming exterior makes this establishment look just like every other trattoria in the area, the food here is something else. Menu items include wild boar served in chocolate & vinegar sauce, pasta with black truffels, and nice thick cold cuts of regional meats. Expect to pay around 20% more than you would the other restaurants in the area serving similar dishes; though, for the quality, most people find that the upcharge is worth it. There is also a very (very) reasonably priced 3 course €12 lunch menu, which is simply a steal for the money.
