Grandeur of Ancient Rome

Don't worry about walking in on anything here, these former public baths haven't been in use since the 6th century.

Built between 211 and 217 AD, The Baths of Caracalla were built under Emperor Caracalla and weren't completed for 6 years- even with workers installing 2,000 tons of material all day, every day. Today, visitors can explore the former glory of the baths that have since not only served as inspiration for a number of modern buildings but have hosted the 1960 Olympic Games.
