Housed in a renovated 16th century building and former stables, Palazzo Petrucci is a minimalist, stylish restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. Their revolving, seasonal menu is based on local Neapolitan cuisine but with enhanced, modern flavors. Some of their offerings include linguine with cuttlefish, smoked ricotta, juniper, and lemon zest; rabbit cacciatore with leek sauce and rosemary; or the roasted salt cod served with fresh papacelle salad. There are also some interesting raw seafood choices, like the “lasagna” of mozzarella and raw prawns or the raw seafood “soup.” Paired with just the right wine, an evening at Palazzo Petrucci is a must-have gourmet destination.
