“New next, new now” is the perfect description of 10 Corso Como, a hip designer shopping and dining arcade that caters to fashionable locals and starry-eyed tourists. It was established in 1990 as an art gallery and bookstore by former designer and publisher Carla Sozzani, who wanted more than just another shopping mall. The gallery features contemporary works of design, architecture, and art with a strong emphasis on photography. In addition, there is a fun lifestyle store offering the latest must-have luxury goods and hard-to-find designs; a chic and exclusive mini hotel; and three stylish restaurants, including a rooftop sculpture garden by American designer Kris Ruhs. Be sure to check out the website for upcoming events happening in 10 Corso Como and for different hours of each of the establishments.
