Vaulted arched ceilings with 18th century frescos give a classical ambiance to this friendly restaurant. Paoli creates traditional Tuscan dishes as well as more well-known Italian favorites. The linguine with clams is always a hit among tourists, but be sure to try the more traditional Tuscan dishes like the grilled lamb with pasta and the seasonal mushroom risotto.
