Start with traditional primi plates of cured meats and fresh grilled veggies. Homemade dishes like the self-named ‘Fonticine’, (pasta cooked in a truffle sauce with mushrooms) are a natural progression from there. If you are looking for something heartier then dine upon traditional Florentine dishes like juicy Florentine steaks and wild boar ragu. This is a wonderfully artful restaurant serving excellent food and is definitely worth a visit while in Florence.
