Distinguished Local Dining

The Fire Restaurant is located in the middle of Dublin's city center, on Dawson Street, in a structure built in 1891 as Lord Mayor’s Supper Room. Surrounded by lively bars, theaters and luxury hotels, this restaurant is often packed with high-class, dynamic individuals. At this venue, owners and staff create dishes with a commitment to using locally sourced products. The varied menu includes items such as herb crusted cod fillet, wood fired jumbo tiger prawns stuffed with crayfish and chorizo and Irish rare breed tender double pork rack. Don't fret, the menu is vegetarian friendly too with salads and pastas like asparagus and truffle mezzaluna pasta. For dessert, don’t miss the traditional apple pie or the zesty lemon tart. And yes, there’s numerous wines and champagnes to suit any meal.
