At least as of this writing, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud has the distinction of being the only two-star Michelin restaurant in Ireland. The menu mixes contemporary Irish with the classic comfort stuff that everyone loves, either a la carte or in the form of a special four-course meal served only from Tuesday to Friday.
Oh, and of course, there's an extensive wine list. And great desserts. The restaurant is also famous for almost shocking amounts of complimentary add-ons for you to try, though granted it's one of the pricier restaurants in all of Dublin.
