A name like "Paulie's Pizza" is something you expect to see in any northeastern American city ... maybe not so much in Dublin. Another thing you rarely see in Dublin is authentic Neapolitan pizza, the style made specifically with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala Campana in addition to having a crust that must be made in a very specific way.
