Neapolitan The Real Way

A name like "Paulie's Pizza" is something you expect to see in any northeastern American city ... maybe not so much in Dublin. Another thing you rarely see in Dublin is authentic Neapolitan pizza, the style made specifically with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala Campana in addition to having a crust that must be made in a very specific way.

Sound a little fussy? Maybe, but it comes out delicious. After you've feasted on this unique pizza, you can wander over to the adjacent Barry's Bar (owned by the same people and attached to the restaurant) for some strong and creative mixed drinks such as the Rhuby Dagger or the Flaming Peach.
