Dublinia is one of those historical village recreations complete with period actors who pretend not to know what a smartphone is (but are cognizant enough of modern laws to not try to burn you at the stake for using one). This particular location explores both the medieval state of Dublin and Viking culture, since they were regular visitors / raiders in the Dublin area from about 800 to 1000 A.D.
In addition to the usual recreations of period homes and businesses, visitors can enjoy a museum containing hundreds of artifacts from the period. There's also a coffee shop on site for caffeine and sugar if needed.
