The Steikhusid is what it says; giant aged steaks of beef, lamb chops, and horse tenderloin, in a slightly dark, intimate place where you and your meat meet at a table. All the sides and sauces are pretty much what you would expect in any good steak house; potatoes, asparagus, blue cheese, salads, or lobster tails, but everything is a la carte, including the portion size. In addition to the impressively Nordic huge hunks of grilled meat on wooden boards, the giant bearded chefs also turn out elegant desserts.
