The Fish Market is a place chefs put on their resumes in Iceland. It's one of the hippest hangouts; worth going to see the uber chic decor alone. They use salmon skin on the menus and the railings. The menu is very much about local ingredients, but of course, there's always a twist. Try the tasting menu.
