From the wars between Athens and Sparta, through the Greek war of independence, to the Second World War and beyond, this museum, run by the Greek armed forces, has a comprehensive collection dedicated to the history of war and the instruments of war.
You'll find a vast array of weapons from the primitive to the most modern, sling-shots to drones. The exhibits include items from ancient Japan and China, but the centerpieces are weapons from the wars in which Greece has been directly involved.
