A Crowd of Crazy Dancing

Sorry to disappoint, but this is not a café and no burgers are served here. Rather, this large bar/club combination, made famous by Wladimir Kaminer’s 2000 novel “Russian Disco." It is known for the shenanigans of its wild and crazy Russendisko parties. Like a drunken girl in heels trying to navigate a cobblestone street, this establishment is all over the place with its music choices – everything from ska to dance to rock – and draws party seeking throngs of both Eastern European expats who are looking to drink and get rowdy, as well as an international set of visitors who are looking for an authentic clubbing experience.
