Though not the same bookstore frequented by famous authors like James Joyce, Ernest Hemmingway, and F. Scott Fitzgerald, this little shop, located next to Notre Dame Cathedral, has become an important fixture in Parisian culture. Visitors should note that it’s better to go without a specific purchase in mind since part of the allure is in casually discovering some obscure gem.
