Bistro With a View

Restaurant Georges opened in 2000 atop the Centre Georges Pompidou. Its surrealistic, geometric, avant-garde décor was designed by Dominique Jakob and Brendan McFarlane. There, at six floors up, you have breathtaking views with the City of Lights at your feet. However, their food and service have received mixed reviews unfortunately. The bar and restaurant serves up some classic French bistro fare with a touch of modern influence. It’s an ideal address for a romantic, memorable dinner or a glass of tasty cocktail with spectacular views of the city.
