The Voice of Paris

The Musée Édith Piaf is a private museum dedicated to singer Édith Piaf who gained acclaim for her singing in the 1940s. Bernard Marchois, author of two Piaf biographies, created the free museum, which is open by appointment. The museum contains memorabilia including her china collection, gold and platinum records, dress and shoes, photographs, fan letters, sheet music, posters, and recordings displayed in two rooms of a private apartment.
