Monjul’s chef, after working for years at prestigious hotels and restaurants around Paris, decided to open a spot that could exhibit his own vision. And what a vision it is: the constantly-changing menu has featured sophisticated plates of filet mignon with orange blossom, salade niçoise à la moderne, and fois gras with yellow pepper coulis and bacon crisps.
