A lot of people don’t think too much about what actually goes on behind the kitchen doors at a restaurant, but that’s a big part of the magic here at Le Timbre. British Chef Chris Wright does everything in this itty bitty establishment without a microwave or freezer; that means that everything is prepared using ingredients no more than a couple days old.
