Enjoy the laid back atmosphere in this California-style wooden building overlooking the Seine, and bring a few friends; there’s plenty of room for groups here. This restaurant is perhaps a bit more accessible in terms of its menu; you won’t be pressured into ordering anything that might make you squeamish, although foie gras does make a small appearance on the list of starters. Try the 30 euro tasting menu and get steak tartar with chips and salad, or beef caviar with chorizo, waffle fries and salad. This is comfort food at its finest and classiest.
