Le Florimond prides itself on dishes that bring out natural flavors, textures, and colors. Artistic starters include the lobster ravioli and fresh stuffed pea pods with assorted legumes. The mains are more filling, but still evoke the sense of artistry present throughout the restaurant. Some favorites are the stuffed veal with eggplant and the slowly braised lamb.
