Le Court-Bouillon is a busy little restaurant located in the Montparnasse neighborhood of the 15th district. The warm atmosphere is in part created by the subdued candlelight and easy-going background music, but it is maintained by the uncommonly friendly Paris waitstaff. A meal worth trying is the lamb, which is cooked in a variety of fashions and served with a nice range of vegetables or potatoes. Also available are dishes of beef or guinea fowl, paired with interesting vegetable accompaniments. Reservations are definitely recommended as it is known to fill up, especially on Friday and Saturday.
