This Parisian brasserie institution can't be called "cheap" by any stretch of the imagination, but it's relatively inexpensive considering the quality of food being served. Pair that with a complete lack of a reservation system and you're looking at long daily lines to be seated, lines that only grow as professional foodies like Anthony Bourdain heap praise upon it publicly.
