Considered to boast one of the most unforgettable dining experiences in all of Paris, La Tour d'Argent never fails to awe. The history of this restaurant is all thanks to previous owner Frédéric Delair who, in the 1890's, began the practice of issuing a certificate to any diner who ordered "pressed duckling." This explains why the main feature of the menu is duck. Though tradition remains strong in this historic fine dining restaurant, modern creativity has seeped its way into the kitchen.
