Think what you will about the process of gentrification, it's been underway in Paris' Marais district for over a decade now, and with such a process comes an inevitable demand for high-end restaurants. This demand largely went unmet, however, until Grand Coeur came to town.
Grand Coeur features the formal three-course meal, presided over by Chef Mauro Colagreco from Mirazur. Specialties of the house mostly lean to seafood dishes (such as rock fish soup and grilled razor clams) paired with wine from an extensive (and fairly pricy) list.
