Located a stone's throw away from the Violon d'Ingres and the Eiffel Tower, Cafe Constant is a little busy bistro that's been bustling since 2003. Here you will find a great selection of pub food, offered at the bar, ground floor, and upstairs. The menu is written on old slate and prices are very reasonable, and includes such items as cream of pumpkin soup, artichoke heart salad, poached cod, stuffed quail, and even homemade profiteroles.
