This new Thai restaurant is located between the Alma and the Trocadéro in the 16th district, and is owned by Prasith Soubinh. The head chef, who worked in one of the largest restaurants in Bangkok, puts together a comprehensive menu with all of the Thai staples, augmented by his own personal creativity. As a starter, try the banana flower salad with shrimp or crispy chicken with jam. Move on to the main course of duck with red curry and coconut, and venture to the dessert menu for lemon-ginger-passion fruit cheesecake. All in all, a great pick for Thai cuisine in the city of Paris.
