Sauna and a Swim

By far the longest-standing natatorium in Finland, Yrjonkadun Swimming Hall is a perfect example of Nordic Classicism architectural style, a fabulous Art Deco pool and a very nice place to enjoy a year 'round sauna and swimming experience.

When first opened in 1928, Yrjonkadun was a privately owned spa facility. Today, the pool and sauna complex is owned and operated by the city of Helsinki. Men and women swim on alternating days, and swimsuits are optional.
