The Wellcome Collection is simultaneously quirky and informative. With an emphasis on the fascinating oddities of the natural science field, the museum presents everything from historical dissection anecdotes and 17th century prosthetic limbs to anatomical drawings by da Vinci and audio clips of medical students experiencing their first surgeries. In a separate gallery downstairs is a quirky rotating art exhibition that changes every couple months. Add to this free admission, and the Wellcome Collection is a fantastic place to spend a couple hours.
