Served in a simple but stylish manner, a regularly changing menu adapts Classical Indian cooking to the European environment by using carefully selected, top quality, fresh, indigenous and imported ingredients. These ingredients are then married together according to Head Chef Yogesh Datta's innovative recipes to make up the intricately flavored dishes.
