At St. John—who are pioneers of this way of cooking—that’s just what you get, and the results are astoundingly delicious. St. John has met rave reviews, and the owner Fergus Henderson has even written a book about the subject. This is certainly a go-to place in London for a delicious dining experience; few other places in town offer such a span of creativity, exquisite taste, and conscientiousness.
