Pied a Terre is a conversation-stopping restaurant, preparing incredible New French cuisine. The menu offers amazing versions of classic rabbit, tuna, and cod dishes, but the slow cooked pig belly with smoked bacon fondue truly stands alone. Topped with white asparagus, truffle, and parmesan gnocchi, this is not your average eatery. You can also try a 10 course tasting menu, which is more expensive, but you may just be ordering the best meal of your life. The tasting menu changes as certain ingredients reach or leave their seasonal prime, but expect items such as poached quail eggs, marinated Scottish scallops, seared duck, and Pyrenées Lamb Shoulder with New Season Onions.
