Dining on Spanish tapas in the light rooms of Casa Brindisa may be akin to playing with fire. Like the décor, the ingredients are authentically Spanish. The hand-carved ham here is undeniably excellent. However, after undergoing preparations in the kitchen, the dishes themselves seem to be hit or miss. The menu contains traditional tapas items like octopus, anchovies, shrimp, meats, and cheeses, as well as Mediterranean-inspired dishes like Mar y Muntanya, meatballs and cuttlefish.
