You’ll be in about as natural of a setting as you can get if you decide to make the short journey out from the urbanity of Prague’s most commercial districts. With many preserved areas and lakes, this valley holds a lot of peace, quiet and wilderness for you to explore, along with old ruins of castles and fortresses scattered around. Check out the Devin Castle, or try to find the railroad track that was built in 1873. There's also a fossil excavation site and a large viaduct to explore. Whatever you do, make sure to enjoy the gorgeous Bohemian scenery and take in some fresh air.
