The Cuisine of Curacao in a Convent

History and tradition are combined with modern ideas about food at the Brasserie Chapter. This venue was originally built as a Convent of St. Albert in 1932, and after years of neglect, was reopened after a substantial renovation in 2007 as part of a facility that also includes a hotel. The interior retains much of the rustic wooden furniture, contrasted with high ceilings and tall windows.

The atmosphere is cozy and casual, and the plates are refined and artistic. Feel welcome to visit at any time of the day, for a relaxed brunch before heading out to the beach, or a lively drink before starting a night on the town.

Utrip Tips
