The Center of Hong Kong's Racing World

When the British established Happy Valley Racecourse in 1845, it was originally confined to the city's elite. What you'll find today is a beloved weekly staple for the masses, as Hong Kongers from all walks of life come together to cheer on their chosen equine hero. Every Wednesday, from September to June, you can join the electric atmosphere of this quintessential Hong Kong activity. There are a number of ticket levels available, but everyone can enjoy the food, the excitement and the betting.
