"The Picasso of Chinese Food"

Trained as an engineer before he turned his passion to food, Alvin Leung, Jr. is considered to be one of the leading chefs in Hong Kong. His intimate and elegant restaurant, open for both lunch and dinner, offers a constantly changing menu of Chinese dishes that have been developed with precision. He calls his cuisine "X-treme" Chinese, providing a special take on the classics. The plating, service (each dish is explained by the server) and, of course, the food are extraordinary. No wonder that they are Michelin-rated, and that their prices are at the higher end of the scale. Needless to say, reservations well in advance are necessary.
