A small group of young Hong Kong artists have dedicated themselves to making local modern art more accessible to residents and visitors alike. They feel that HK artists and their works need to be seen and appreciated, to make modern art more appreciated. Their Saturday tours visit a selection of galleries that offer a variety of modern art styles, to encourage conversation and interest. The Street Art Walking Tour, held every Sunday, helps people appreciate the often ground-breaking world of public art. During Art Month (in March), the Pedder Building tour on Saturday afternoons offers a tailor-made exploration of the constantly changing displays. The cost of these tours is very reasonable. Groups are limited to 12 people (adults, 12 years old plus only). Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
