In spite of its small menu, Picnic is one of Victoria's most popular little eateries. One of the reasons it's so beloved is that the small menu changes daily. There is always a daily soup, weekly chili, and a couple types of salad. Then, the menu features two types of sandwiches. Some recent sandwich offerings have included smoky pulled beef with melted Swiss, oven-roasted chicken and pepperoni on a garlic sourdough bun, or bacon with pear and brie served on sourdough. Even the chili is not your average fare! All in all--a creatively wonderful place to dine!
