First of all, Mo:Le has the coolest sign that ever graced a restaurant entrance, a sort of 3-D collage of color and design behind a muted-colored hummingbird. Well, you'll just have to check it out. But once you get inside and seated and your food comes, the sign sort of moves to the back of the lines in terms of what's most impressive here. The food is simple, fresh, but absolutely delicious and delightfully colorful. And it's pretty healthy, too. Soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches, a curry, a burger, and perfectly executed omelettes are served all day, starting in the morning. Most of the ingredients, including eggs and meats, are locally sourced. Espresso drinks and specialty coffee cocktails go down mightily easy in the afternoon, or enjoy a brunch cocktail or beer with your dish. But if you don't stop in for breakfast or lunch, at least walk by to admire the sign.
