As soon as you walk into Jam Café for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, you feel like you're in an old farmhouse. Rustic, faded, peeling bead board, a wall of old wooden windows, white walls, and ultra-high ceilings give the sunlight flooding in something to rest on, and there's no better way to cure your hangover and start fresh new day than a plate of eggs Benedict with the culinary twist of your choice and a heaping pile of golden hash browns. Unless you're a sucker for exotic French toast, of course, in which case you should nosh on the lemon blueberry version. Be sure to enjoy a hair of the dog or a latte while you wait for your food.
