Case in point is the Garrick's Head Pub, located in the historic boutique Bedford Regency Hotel, which has been a local fixture in Victoria since 1867. Yes, you read that right. Close to 150 years old, Garrick's head is one of Canada's oldest English-style pubs, and it's still serving up libations for the tired traveler and local alike. Microbrews and imports are on tap, which you can enjoy in front of the huge wood burning fireplace in the winter or on the outdoor patio overlooking the square in the summer.
