Riding Through the Park One Day

Since Stanley Park was created in the late 19th century, it seems only befitting that one of the best ways to meander through this beautiful green space is in a horse-drawn carriage. A professional guide will travel with you to make sure you don't miss any of the highlights.

The tour lasts for an hour which is plenty of time to see sites like Deadman's Island, a dark island with a haunted history. You'll also get good views of the Lions Gate Bridge, the harbor, and the fragrant rose garden. The carriage is actually more of a trolley and can seat up to 26 people. So it's a great tour for large parties to be able to stay together.
